I am interested in moving overseas to live and work and would like to know of a place in South America, South Africa, Europe, or Asia. Low cost of living and crime would be good. Also, good healthcare. I prefer a warm climate, but open to any suggestions. Thank you.

Ireland! Relatively low crime rate, cost of living is slightly high though… but I suppose its the same for all thriving economies at the moment, with oil prices rising. Weather isnt as bad as people make it out to be. Sure during the winter is cold and it rains, but summer is generally good.

Some place in the UK or Ireland would be good if language is an issue. If you have an advanced degree it will be easier to get a visa that will allow you to work. Particularly sought after are: teachers, nurses, doctors, engineers, technology specialist
The cost of living can be expensive depending upon where you choose to live in the country. For example London is VERY expensive but other large English cities like Manchester are more reasonable.
The climate isn't particularly warm but it's warmer than the northern US. Also living there would allow you to visit the continental countries very easily and inexpensively.
Good luck!
