Also, being the richest country without poverty, what can Australia do about it?
The Asia Pacific region first needs to dissolve all sorts of trade barriers and promote regional investment in ALL sectors to generate jobs. For example, investors from China and India should be encouraged to invest and open industries in countries such as Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Philippines, which are economically weaker.
What college degree would give the best opportunity for gaining residency in different countries?

Countries that are rich should help especially countries in the region for example Brunei, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, they should put in some money to rebuild the countries that are still developing like Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam etc. Environmentally, the developing countries need to stop littering their countries, they need proper waste systems, proper sewage systems, proper bank systems, there is a lot of problems in these countries because there is not enough money, if America could just give maybe 100 billion (not trying to go overboard but you get the picture) dollars to each country then maybe there wouldn't be any more poverty etc
