Im from England and i want to move to Asia for about 6-7 years, what countries/cities are the best to live in , in Asia

Thailand where it would be Christmas everyday for an overpaid white male expat. Just watch where you stick your gun and don’t let it get chewed off by some virus.
Singapore … if you earn enough to lead the showy life expected of a well-heeled expat and not some reject from his own hometown here on a local compensation package. Rent alone can do you in.
Forget Korea – everything is in Korean and nothing is in English.
Indonesia is cheap and good too, I hear. Horrible jams in Jakarta though.
Hong Kong is exciting and vibrant if you like to live it up. Loads of foreign bankers there. But Hongkongers too are wary of FILTH (which stands for Fail In London Try Hongkong).

because we speak english and it is really a multi-cultural country.Living in Kuala Lumpur(capital of malaysia) wouldnt cause you culture shock cause the place is just so modern with sky scrappers…but if you are looking a place just to hang-out with friends and relax,just go to Langkawi island.the island just awesome
