wanna move to europe but where’s the best country or city to live with family and have good benefits like in usa.
Sorry, you lost me there with the "good benefits like in usa." Can you elaborate on that, so I can give a better answer?
Personally, I’d choose somewhere south for the (generally) lower costs and more sunshine, vs. the cold, dreary, high-cost north of Europe where I’ve lived the past 5 years.
Language is a must. And keep in mind that you have to apply for residency and work permission once you have a job offer with a company in the country you wish to move to. The company has to file the offer details with the employment authority, and certify that you are better suited than any available worker in the entire EU and EEC. You pay the fee to apply for residence and work, wait 3-4 months for an answer (which can be "no", by the way–so make sure it’s a solid offer, and that you’re solidly committed to quickly learning language and culture and adapting to it).

As said before, North-Europe sucks when you want some sunshine. But I would say you better move to the UK, maby Ireland. Because you speak those languages, and the other languages, like Dutch, German, French are for some people hard to learn. You shouldn’t even think about Scandinavia, cause they’re talking like shit, you wouldn’t understand a word of them.
To the south, like Italy, Spain, Portugal, maybe South-France, those people are really hospitable. That’s less on in the North. To the East is not comparable to the States.
I think your choice depends on your idea of living. Go for your career and for better standards of living, of for hospitable neighbors and nice, sunny weather, all the time.
Everybody speaks english in scandinavia. We are far superior to the south when it comes to adapting. + in Norway we earn a lot more money than you would do in the south. After the recession Norway was one of the countries that actually came of sort of unscaved. We now own 1% of all the shares in Europe.
If we want sunshine( which by the way we also do have in the summer) we vacate to the south.
The south is not a place to make money. It maybe nice to look at, but il promise you, you wont care with a shitty salary.
In the UK everyone lives in brick houses. If you want a proper size house like in the US i would def recommend Scandinavia.
If your looking for work in engineering Stavanger is the place to be.
