Which 3rd world country should I retire in?

I plan to save up lots of money, then move to one of those countries where the value of the dollar is so low that i’ll get 3x richer, and do whatever i want because the police are so corrupt and i’ll be able to bribe my way out of anything =D

   Thailand or Philippines. Thailand is the cheapest country on earth that is still somewhat safe. Plus you can comfortably live on the beach for less than $200 a month. If you really wanted to live cheap, you could live away from the beach in more rural areas for less than $70 a month. Its 50 times cheaper than mexico.
