What is the best South American country to live?

Even if you have never been there, which country would you choose? Why?
Which one you would never live? Why?
Mexico is North and Latim America, not South America.
South American Countries: Equador, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Surinam, French Guiana, English Guiana, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguai and Paraguai.

probably chile or argentina.. the mountains are pretty.

    Brazil! I've never been, but it seems so beautiful. And there's so many different cultures kinda like America. I'd have to learn Portuguese though…if only they spoke Spanish. I don't think I'd live in Cuba only cause of the Communism and Castro.

    i think the best country would be argentina, its a great country to visit it has the best tourist spots to see and the nightlife is great and so is the food and people but i wouldnt visit cuba too much politics in that country
