Northern countries are safe and spaceous, society works, education is free etc. but climate is harsh and people are closed (specially Finland). I'd go for Mediterranea for climate and food - but would probably struggle finding job and get annoyed by noise. Germany? Gives me creeps. UK? Plumbing is disaster and different social classes. Netherlands? Like it but too restless.... what is best for me is not necessarily best for you :-) .
