depends on your race; if you’re Muslim, Hindhu, or gypsy, the UK…as the govt pays for everything for you

Probably somewhere like Bulgaria or Croatia – particularly for housing.
Central France is cheap for housing but not for food etc.
Rural Britain still isn’t too bad….
