i'm 22 yrs old and i always wanted to travel and visit a country in asia. some places i would like to go are china, japan, thailand, korea, and malaysia just ot name a few. they all seem like great placesto visit but i don't know which one is the best. i wound like to hear from someone who has visited these countries in asia.
I've visited Hong Kong – the City of Lights twice already. I enjoy shopping, eating and touring here, especially Disneyland. I love celebrating New Year here!
I've been to Thailand, and the Temples are really awesome. The elephants are a great sight. I went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. I was not able to go to Phuket, but I heard that they have great beaches there. Shopping in Bangkok is really cheap. Oh I love Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup!
I've been to China on a guided tour. It was nice, I liked the food and Wonders of the World in Shenzhen.
My husband has been to Kobe, Japan, and said he wants ro retire there. The climate is good. The air is clean, they have very clean surroundings. But only a few knows English. But, the food is great too, it's has less fat!
My favorite destination is Boracay Beach in Aklan, Philippines. The best white powdery sand in the whole world. It's cheap there. You can buy almost anything on the island. They have good night life and good parties. There are spots for relaxing and dining. And best of all, The Neo Spa has the best relaxing massage I've ever had.
On November, I'm off to Singapore!
Why do so many immigrants from greater Asia insist their previous country is good to live in?

Probably China would be a great place to visit…Judjing from documentaries, travel ads, national geographics descriptions
of China, puts china as #1 on my list…
ps you can go far with any foreign currency Us or Europian.
Strict laws though, but I guess they get around them…

According to the Mercer Quality Living Survey (2006), Singapore is the best place to live in Asia and the 34th best place to live in the world. But I think I have to stick to Hong Kong! Live it, Love it! Very vibrant city! Great food everywhere, from Asian to European. The standard of living high, but not as high as in the West. Once you've been there, you'll love it!
