Which countries have free healthcare and good surfing?

I want to retire at another country with free healthcare. I like to surf and I like tropical climate. Which countries can I move to eventually do you suggest? No rude answers please. Those are getting really old and the people that answer here don't like it. Thank you for taking time to read this and God bless.
Wow Rodrigo! I think I'm going to love Costa Rica with that perfect weather. I'm going to keep it on my top ten options. Thanks Bruddah

well in Cuba THEY HAVE SURFING BEACHES and pretty good free health care

Is the Philippines, a good place to retire for a westerner?

I found that Australia has universal health care, but just to warn you if there's free healthcare, that means you have to wait longer (weeks to months) for any injuries that may occur…

Also in Australia you pay for the coverage through an income tax and they recommend that you also get private insurance as well.

    Good Luck!

P.S. : Cuba's challenges in health care include low pay for doctorspoor facilities, poor provision of equipment, and frequent absence of essential drugs.

Costa Rica is the place you want to go to!
I don't know if foreigners get free healthcare, but our private doctors are very cheap compared to the US. Not to mention healthier food, climate, and lifestyle.
Also most people speak english (at least some) and of course warm good waves all year long.

Yeah, Cuba sounds like lots of fun. Between standing in line all day to buy bread and the secret police, its a surfers paradise.
