i have to say the best place to study is in malaysia.
because the facilities are just awesome and the people there can speak english fluently too…also living in malaysia is an advantage since singapore is just south of malaysia and thailand is just a few hundred kilometres away from the capital,so why not study in malaysia^^

Philippines.

Most other countries in Asia does not provide English instruction for medicine. This would mean you have to learn their language, including medical terms and translate it to English.

Philippine medical schools provides outstanding medical education in English. People of all other nationalities study there. I’ve heard other Americans, not Filipino-Americans, went to the Philippines for their internship. You gain practical experience there that you can’t have in the US or other western countries because of the fear of lawsuits. Philippines is also one of the premiere medical tourist spot in Asia.

Try Cebu city, or better yet, the University of the Philippines.
