Besides the country you live in, what is the best country in the world?

I live in canada
I say the best country is switzerland. (Besides Canada)

I reside in United States, but I’d have to say Japan because they create all my favorite anime shows. Then, I’d say Puerto Rico.

What is the best country to live in other than America?
