You'd probably be best off staying in the US. Since you're an African American (and I am assuming, male) the media has stereotyped you as being a drug-dealing, illiterate, baby-abandoning thug. Believe me, I've been all over the world, and few people have a worse-off stigma than the African American man.

Europe. There is a looooot of fighting going on in Asia. I dont think South America is that safe either, but I'm not sure.

honestly, North America or Canada.
They don't much like Black people in Asia, you would see some real hard core racism there.
South America the only place where you will speak English is Belize, and again most people there don't like african americans.
I guess the UK would be not problem, but the food will suck.

trust me no matter where u go there are rasist ppl so i wouldnt even be concerned with that. for me, i love the japanese culture so i would say japan. idk about the crime rate but i think the gurls and guys are goodlooking and alot of ppl speak english.
