What is the best country to live in Europe?

What is the best country to live in Europe?
In a few years I would like to work and live abroad in another country other then Canada, I would either live there for a couple of years or a very long time. I was born in England, where half my family lives, the other half in Germany, only my parents live in Canada. I Speak English, alright German (currently learning), decent french (spoke for quite a long time). I’d also want a decent party kind of life along with decent work.

The best country to live and work in, that official language is not English. (Yes, I know the U.S. doesn’t have and official language but exclude that, as English is a majority language here.

If I were to move, where would be the best place to live? I’m sick of the US and its problems, its corrupt government, it just seems like a terrible place to live right now.

I have always been interested in European countries, but I’m open to anything. tell me the good and bad about the country. also, do you know of any degrees that you can earn in the u.s. (where I live now) the are accepted in other countries?

Its impossible to tell. It would depend on your interests and how you want to spend your retirement. So first get a list of what you want to do and what type of scenery you want to live by. Then come back and ask this question.
